The Lord is doing a new thing. Perhaps it is not new; He just wants us to know how He plans to work it. Acceleration is indeed the word of the hour. Isa 65:24 …”before they call I will answer.” That is a timeless word, but the thing He impressed upon me was that He wants to prove it through “Body Ministry”. This is not to say that He is going to refrain from answering us directly. What He is saying is that we should tune into those unction’s by the Spirit to make contact with others when we feel Him nudging. In times like these, He wants to bring answers through us or to us through others in the Body. If you will take the time to make contact when it seems like you do not have time …you will be amazed how He will redeem the time.

I Stand Amazed

It is not that things like this do not occur every day, but we need to begin to tune in and expect it.

Examples:

One day I had asked the Lord, “ Is it time to began pondering the revelation that You are giving me about ‘Time, Light, Sound and Color’. Later that day, I answered an email that had been waiting for attention since before I moved. I explained the delay and said, “I hope the New Year is treating you well.”

The man answered the email and ‘out of the blue’ (well maybe not out of God’s blue) this was in his reply…

 “As for the new year, yes, it is going well and "really fast!"  I am reminded of a Word Holy Spirit gave me in the late 90's about how Father will "compress" time essentially speed it up and at other times HE will "stretch" time, causing it to slow down and it is all for HIS purpose and HIS chosen Ones!  It is a known fact in the astronomy scientific community that the celestial bodies can warp light and gravity and distort time...

So...  May HE cause the precious moments with HIM to extend into eternity and may HE cause the unpleasant moments to compress and pass quickly until that time that HE takes you to be with HIM and the rest of the Saints throughout the seventh day, our day of rest with HIM and into the day without end...  "The Eighth Day..."  Amen!  So Let It Be! …Joe~

Another day, I asked Him about some insight that I had begun to write in October. I knew there was going to be much more. My question was, “should I release it in two parts?” Later that day, I felt an unction to call someone who had left their number at least two weeks before. Her number was garbled …I had been trying different combinations of numbers, and then SUDDENLY I dialed the right number. As our conversation progressed, I began talking about some things that brought answers to some questions she had posed to the Lord that morning. The insight, “An Emptying Out” covered some of the material that would pertain to some of her concerns. The other confirmation was that this piece included a modern day parable about Hurricane Katrina and New Orleans. You guessed it… she is from New Orleans.

I believe if we are in the right place –it is the right time. We need to stop saying that “things” (whatever the issue or challenge is) take time. Say and expect as Elisha said, “Tomorrow about this time”. (2 Kings 7:1) In that passage it was a thus saith the Lord. But, I hear the Lord saying, this is a new season. I want you to begin to have a new mindset and expectation about time. How long it used to take has nothing to do with the NOW. Please understand that to a certain extent our times are in our hands. NOW FAITH IS, not tomorrow or yesterday. You have what you say… if you expect delays, you will certainly get them. Behold I do a new thing, NOW it springs forth. (Isa 43:19)

2 Kings 7:1 THEN ELISHA said, Hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord: Tomorrow about this time, a measure of fine flour will sell for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel in the gate of Samaria! AMP

Isa 43:19 Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. AMP
 

Isa 65:24 "It shall come to pass. That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. NKJV
