For education or services other than registering for a schedule class use the contact form.

When your registration is received you will receive an email with the total of the order –it will have a PayPal button that will take you to their secure site. The email will only come from glenda@glendawilson.com and only go into a page that displays that email. We also take Checks and Money Orders

TERMS OF REGISTRATION

It is imperative to follow prerequisites in order to keep up with the material in this setting. In accepting the terms of this registration you also acknowledge you have read and understand the knowledge level required for the course you are taking. READ NOW!

Registration for any class is complete only upon receipt of a completed registration from and full payment. Any registration forms or payment submitted less that five (5) calendar days before the date of the first class are subject to a $5.00 walk-in-in fee.

Full refunds, less a $5.00 cancellation fee will be mad up to (5) calendar days before the start of the first class meeting.

You will receive a full refund if we cancel or reschedule the meeting date for your course and you are unable or unwilling to attend the course on the rescheduled dates.

In the event inclement weather prohibits a course from meeting and mo make-up class is scheduled you will receive a prorated refund only if requested in writing with seven (7) calendar days of notification that no make-up class will be held.

Any partial or full refund due can be applied to any future course registrations within 6 months.

Not responsible for any loss, material or otherwise incurred while following instructor’s direction. Though the room is typically secured between classes, we are not ultimately responsible for ant personal property left in our buildings. We (the instructor or PQD) is liable for any injury you may sustain on the premises. We are not responsible for any typographical errors, or changes in the schedule on the website.
