2-hour Sessions

include the bare-bones essentials of performing the tasks related

Basic Session - $30.00 per session
Premium Session - $37.50 per session (includes 1/2 hour
post class priority phone consultation)
4-hour Sessions
Can be taken - 2 - 2-hour classes on separate days or
all in one day as per schedules. As space
allows you may opt to take the first 2 or last 2 hours of the
class if you believe that you are able to keep up or get by. It
could be that if the first 2 hours of the class is not sufficient
you might catch the last 2 hours at some later date.

Use of Two or more session blocks in a single day
is eligible for an additional 15% discount credit.
$35 each additional hour per session
Session Blocks -the session date must be established at
least two weeks in advance and cannot conflict with the
Scheduled Classes.
Level 2 Services
(more intricate and not eligible to turn into a training
session)

Service Agreement (3 Month Remote Consultation Retainer Fee) $50
Phone, Email, or Research goes toward hourly accumulation.
Many times an issue, question, or challenge comes up and you
need to talk with someone. Typically, it winds up being
something that is simple –sometimes it isn’t. It is my
experience that it can be solved in the first 10 or 15
minutes of the conversation. I have had calls like, “where
did you say that I could change so and so or I am in the
middle of a task and I cannot remember how to … “. It may
require some research that at times is a matter of pointing
you in the right direction or we may determine it requires
more. Nevertheless, it is comforting to know that you can
contact someone for help.
Service Agreement includes up to 6 hours consultation.
Holders of this agreement receive PRIORITY SCHEDULING and a
special pager number. To seal this special rate, the Service
Agreement must be acquired at the conclusion of the first
session (applies to lab, private training or other services
session). Renewable in advance at same price just prior to
using the last 2 hours. (You will be notified 15 days in
advance of a price change & offered an opportunity to renew
early)
Consultation
- $20 per hour –PCA requires a 2-hour advance reserve at all
times.
Phone or email consultation only – does not apply to onsite
assistance and only applies to items listed in training or
other services. This does not pertain to trouble shooting
unless it relates to a Level 1 Service that we have
performed on your computer.
24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged for the
entire session.
