Structured Classroom Sessions

Too Much Information

Many 6-hour courses cover material that is not practical for most people. Computers intimidate many people and trying to assimilate more than 2 hours of technical information in one setting is next to impossible for them. We have decided to take another direction for the structured courses we are currently offering. I have written curriculum such that all of the courses are split into approximately 2 hours. Some will be conducted on the same day -those are for the brave of heart who feel comfortable in a longer session.

Computer Essentials
 
We offer a course that has combined Computer, Internet, and Email essentials. The Computer Survival targets those who are somewhat new to computers. Other classes currently offered are listed on the schedule. For a complete list of courses click here

Private Tutoring Sessions

To clarify, all abovementioned classes as well as others are available in private tutoring sessions. See the overview for the entire list of software training. The private session curriculum is entirely up to you. Learn at your pace - stay with it until you know it! Focus on what you really want to know! Select a customized training session of your own or choose to learn from one of the structured courses. In the near future, there will be a checklist or menu if you will.

Note: If you desire private training on software which is not loaded on your computer, private sessions are available at the lab by appointment. Private sessions are priced differently than the classroom sessions.
