A New Journey |
|
In 2001
Christian and Robin Harfouche a Prophetic/ Apostolic husband wife team
from Pensacola, Florida held a 6 week revival at the church I was
attending. They held services twice a day for most of that time and left
toward the end of August that year. It was such an incredible time
of teaching and impartation. I am convinced that attending almost every
service was instrumental in birthing the art that you will be viewing on
this site.

The Appeal |

This art bears greater meaning for
Christians, but has appeal far beyond what one would think. The series
transcends time, space, ethnic, and cultural boundaries. No
matter where people are spiritually, the series has a piece that will
appeal to everyone with a seeking heart. Some pieces are meant
to
provoke viewers to the depth of their beings. Others speak to
lonely, bruised and hurting hearts …the tears begin to
flow and the healing begins |

God Used Illustrations |

His-Story of the Art |

MY
STORY –THE ART STORY -LAYERS OF REVELATION
This
Story tells how the art was birthed as well as the
process.
Many have
commented and questioned the new thing that God is doing
through the Renderings of the Heart Collection. Some have
said, “I have never seen or experienced anything like this
before”. My response is, "Neither have I". The
experience of cooperating with the Great Artisan in
pouring out His heart and Spirit ….watching Him express
Himself is the most rewarding –the most profound thing I
have ever observed. The
collection was named from a
passage in Joel 2, “Rend your heart, not your garment”.
This Story tells how the art was birthed as well as the
process.
THE PHOTOSHOP DREAM
In 1997 I bought Photoshop (a high-end graphics program).
I began working with it and could not see how it would
benefit me. Photoshop offers the capability of building a
piece of art in layers beginning with an empty canvas. Not
long after I began to work in Photoshop, I dreamed I was
viewing a picture in the program. To the side I could see
the layer pallet. I saw the hand of the Lord come and
begin to strip the layers one by one and throw them in the
trash until there was an empty canvas. Then He began a new
picture one layer at a time.
The interpretation that came was
twofold....

What does it look like today |
|
We
relate to the Bride wearing white. I do not think that
all angels have wings, but that is is how most are depicted
today.. What do the storehouses of Heaven look like?
What does the River of God look like? Of course, then there
is artistic license... the way I see it. |

Empowering
His people |
|
The most amazing thing about the art is that prior to September 11, I
had never created a piece of art in my life - I have had no formal
training. This truly confirms that God is empowering His people with
supernatural abilities to accomplish His purposes in the last days just
as when He placed His Spirit on the Artisans of old. |
